It’s Christmas Eve, and you sit alone in a quiet room illuminated by the soft glow of the Christmas tree. This is a rare moment of stillness in the holiday chaos, so you have time to reflect on the past year.
 

As you stare at the twinkling lights, you begin to think about your journey this year:

• What accomplishments are you the most proud of?

• What challenges have you overcome?

• What moments made you laugh, cry, or grow the most?
   

In this scene, you should speak your thoughts aloud. You might express gratitude for the good moments, regret for missed opportunities, or hope for the year to come.
