Wow! Your talent is shining brighter than the star on top of the Christmas tree! It’s time for a scene from Home Alone!

INTRO: Clearly state your name and age, and mention that this self-tape is for Day 6 of the ASB Acting Challenge.

The Scene: You are playing Kevin McCallister, the mischievous and clever kid who always has a trick up his sleeve. In this scene, you’ve just realised the burglars are trying to break in.

Character: Kevin

Dialog:

Kevin: (seeing them through a window) They’re coming… Let’s see how they like a little Christmas surprise!

Burglar 1: Someone's in, the lights are on!

 

Burglar 2: Trust me no one's home, the lights are on a timer. 

The Burglars approach, then stop at the door. 

Kevin: Freeze! if you move I'll shoot!

Kevin press's play on the TV, effects of shooting sounds are heard, the burglars run. 

Kevin: (imitating shooting) Keep the change, ya filthy animal!
