ASB Showreels 7-Day and 30-Day Happy Potter Acting Challenge - Terms and Conditions

 

        Eligibility:
 

• The challenge is open to participants aged 6 to 18. Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under the age of 18.

• Participants must have access to an email address to receive daily challenges and submit self-tapes.

• Participants must have access to a phone or camera that can be used to film their self-tapes.
  
  Registration and Payment:
   

• Participants must pay the full fee to be eligible for the challenge.

• The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by ASB Showreels.
  
  Submission Guidelines:
   

• Daily acting challenges will be emailed by 7 am each day.

• Participants are expected to submit their self-tapes by 7pm in the evening of each day, unless otherwise stated. Late submissions may not receive feedback.

• All submissions must be made via ASB Showreels Dropbox.
  
  Feedback:
   

• Personalized written feedback will be provided for each self-tape submitted within a 24-hour time frame.

• Feedback will focus on acting performance, creativity, and improvement areas, but some specific technical details (such as lighting or sound quality) may also be addressed.
  
  Prizes and Rewards:
   

• Participants will automatically be entered into prize draws based on their performance throughout the challenge.

• Special rewards may be given for creativity, improvement, or outstanding performances. The decisions of ASB Showreels regarding all awards are final.

• Certain special challenges may unlock additional rewards.

• Consistently submitting daily self-tapes without missing a day will unlock achievement badges and bonus points. The participant with the most bonus points will be declared the final winner.

• Winners will be notified via email, and prizes will be delivered digitally.
  
  Certificates:
   

• A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who complete all 30 days of challenges, as well as those who finish 10-day challenges and one-day challenges.

• A separate winner's certificate will be awarded to top three performers at the end of the challenge
  
  Content Ownership and Usage:
   

• By submitting self-tapes, participants agree to grant ASB Showreels permission to use the content for promotional purposes, including sharing on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

• ASB Showreels will not share content without prior consent for any purposes outside of promotion
  related to the challenge.
  
  Code of Conduct:
   

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all challenge-related activities.

• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate disqualification from the challenge.
  
  Data Protection:
   

• Participant information, including videos, will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of the challenge.

• ASB Showreels complies with all relevant data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
  
  Changes to the Challenge:
   

• ASB Showreels reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
  
  Liability:
   

• ASB Showreels is not responsible for any technical issues or failures related to video submissions, email communication, or internet access.

• ASB Showreels is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation in the challenge.
   

By participating in any of ASB Showreels 7-Day or 30-Day Happy Potter Acting Challenge, you agree to these terms and conditions.
