For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time, no refunds will be issued after this period, as it impacts our ability to secure alternative bookings and results in loss of earnings. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will be accommodated without additional charges, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time may incur a rescheduling fee of [£100], depending on availability.
